Monthly Full Access costs $29.99 and renews at $29.99 each month until cancelled. Once a billing period begins, payment for that period is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we confirm a billing error.
One-Time Payments
Lifetime Access costs $99.95 as a one-time payment and does not renew. “Lifetime” means the commercial lifetime of the SelfSignal service, not the lifetime of an individual user. One-time digital purchases are generally non-refundable after access begins, except where required by law.
Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time through the Cancel Subscription page or by contacting us at info@self-signal.com to prevent future renewal charges. Your access may remain active until the end of your current paid billing period.
Refund Requests
Contact info@self-signal.com with the purchase email, transaction date, and a short explanation. We review requests promptly and reply with the outcome. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; bank processing time is outside our control.
